How to D2L Grade Export?

The D2L Grade Sync feature will pass grades from Perceivant to D2L. This way no exporting of grades will need to be done at the end of the semester.

Once logged into Perceivant, go to your course and the D2L Grade Export will be located on left navigation bar. This will only show for teachers. If you do not see the option, you will need to make sure you have accessed the course through the External Tool link in D2L. 

Once you have clicked on D2L Grade Export, the sync will automatically take place if you are logged into your D2L account. If you are not logged in to D2L, you will be given the opportunity to insert your D2L credentials. After confirming the credentials, the sync will take place. This action should be done at the beginning of the semester so grades will be passed over at the start. Grades will not be passed over until this occurs. 

Note: If you have multiple sections, you will need to access Perceivant from each section's External Tool link in D2L at least once. This is what triggers the D2L Grade Export to show.
